Brief Demonstration Video:

4 FT Bubble Tube Lamp

Note: the 3 FT Bubble Night Light follows the same instructions, but does not come with a remote control.

To operate the lamp:
  1. Remove the bubble lamp from the packaging and stand it upright in the desired location. Choose a location that minimizes risk of it being bumped into and tipping over.
  2. Fill it with approximately 2 gallons of distilled water until the max line (1 gallon for 3 FT Bubble Night Light)
  3. Gently insert the included fake fish into the water, and cover the top of the tube with the included cap.
  4. Plug in the included power adapter from a standard North American socket into the base of the lamp.
  5. Flick the switch at the base of the lamp to the "on" position. (Not necessary for 3 FT Bubble Night Light). The lamp should immediately start bubbling and the LEDs should light up in the default color changing setting.
To operate the remote control (4 FT only):
  • The RF remote control comes with batteries standard. Simply remove the plastic separation tab sticking out of the remote, and select from the 16 solid color options or 4 color transition modes available. The lamp should immediately respond to any selections you make. You can also adjust the brightness, and turn the lamp on or off from the remote.
To get the fish to swim:
  • IMPORTANT: Some of the fish may not swim right away. This is because they have air bubbles inside them right out of the package which take some time to get out. You can get them acclimated to the water faster by occasionally poking them down now and then.

  1. Remove the jellyfish lamp from the packaging and place it upright on the desired location. Choose a location that minimizes risk of it being bumped into and tipping over.
  2. Remove the cap, and fill it with approximately 4 cups of distilled water until the max line.
  3. Gently insert the included fake jellyfish into the water, and cover the top of the tube with the cap.
  4. Plug in the included power adapter from a standard North American socket into the base of the lamp.
  5. The lamp should immediately turn on and the LEDs should light up in the default color changing setting.
To operate the remote control:
  • The RF remote control comes with batteries standard. Simply remove the plastic separation tab sticking out of the remote, and select from the 16 solid color options or 4 color transition modes available. The lamp should immediately respond to any selections you make. You can also adjust the brightness, and turn the lamp on or off from the remote.
To get the jellyfish to swim:
  • IMPORTANT: Most of the jellyfish will not swim right away. This is because they have air bubbles inside them right out of the package which take some time to get out. You can get them acclimated to the water faster by occasionally poking them down now and then, as well as manually removing any air bubbles you can see by submerging them under water and shaking/proding the air bubbles off.
  • CLEVER TIP: Using a very small amount of dish soap can change the properties of the water and get the jellyfish to swim much better! But make sure not to use more than half a drop, or else the water may get cloudy over time. A good idea would be to dab your finger slightly with some dish soap, rub it between your fingers, then manually applying it to the jellyfish while they are in the water. This should put just enough soap in the water and help free up the jellyfish tentacles so they can swim better.

Plasma Ball Lamp

To operate the lamp:
  1. Remove the plasma lamp from the packaging and place it upright on the desired location. Choose a location that minimizes risk of it being bumped into and tipping over.
  2. Plug in the included power adapter from a standard North American socket into the base of the lamp.
  3. Flick the switch to the middle setting ("ON") to turn it on.
  4. The lamp should immediately turn on and react to touch!
To operate the audio mode:
  • Move the switch to the far right setting ("AUDIO") to put it on the sound-reactive mode. It should now appear to be turned off, but will flash "on" in response to sound or vibration detected at the base of the lamp. This is ideal to place on top of speakers and have the plasma ball react to audio!

Tornado Twister Lamp

To operate the lamp:
  1. Remove the tornado lamp from the packaging and place it upright on the desired location. Choose a location that minimizes risk of it being bumped into and tipping over.
  2. Remove the cap, and ensure the "tornado maker" part is attached inside the tube at the base. (It should be obvious if it came out during shipping - don't worry, this is completely normal. Just simply reattach it.)
  3. Fill the tube with approximately 4 cups of distilled water until the max line.
  4. Plug in the included power adapter from a standard North American socket into the base of the lamp.
  5. The lamp should slowly start producing a water vortex and the LEDs should light up in the default color changing setting.
BONUS tip:
  • Try ripping up small shards of aluminum foil and putting it in the swirling water tornado for a really cool effect! You can see that in action here. Make sure not to make the pieces too small or use glitter - this may clog up the motor.

Weighted Blanket

To use the weighted blanket:
  1. If your child is lying down, simply place the weighted blanket over your child with the neck cut-out side on the top, tucking in the left and right sides of the neck cut-out over your child's shoulders as much as you can. This should provide additional deep pressure relaxation, since the shoulders are an often neglected area of this therapy.
  2. If your child is sitting upright, drape the weighted blanket over your child and like before, insert his or her head through the neck cut-out. Raise the blanket as much as you can so the top sides on the left and right of the neck cut-out are draped over your child's shoulders as much as possible. This added counter-weight should help keep the blanket on your child, even while sitting up.
To take off the outer cover of the blanket:
  1. Unzip the zipper on the left side of blanket.
  2. Inside, you will notice that the weighted comforter insert is tied to the outer cover in 8 different locations - 1 at each of the 6 corners of the blanket shape (including the neck cut-out corners), and 1 at the middle of each of the 2 long sides of the blanket. Undo each of these ties.
  3. Carefully remove the weighted comforter insert. The weighted comforter insert can now be used by itself as a weighted blanket for warmer nights, and both the outer minky cover and the weighted comforter insert can be machine washed according to the instructions below.
To wash your blanket:
  1. Remove the weighted comforter insert (100% cotton) from the outer minky cover (100% polyester), as per the instructions above
  2. For the outer cover: Machine wash on cold using normal liquid detergent rather than pods, without fabric softener. For best results, wash alone.
  3. Once done, tumble dry the insert and the cover on the AIR setting of your dryer or hang them to dry. You can follow the instructions below to re-assemble your blanket once done.
  4. For the inner weighted comforter insert: We recommend hand washing and hang drying rather than using the machine. This is because the weight of the insert might cause the washer or dryer to break.
To put back on the outer cover of the blanket:
  1. Carefully insert the weighted comforter insert through the unzipped zipper of the outer minky cover. Make sure the U-shaped neck cut-out of both are on the same side. We recommend doing this on a flat surface, and making sure the weighted comforter insert is fully spread out inside the minky cover before proceeding to the next step.
  2. Carefully tie the straps on the 8 locations inside the minky cover (in the locations mentioned before) through the 8 loops on the same locations on the weighted insert. We recommend inserting your hands in fully into the spread out blanket, and working on tying the straps furthest away from the zipper before working your way in.
